It has a rich nutty and mildly-sweet flavor, without any Organic Whole Spelt Flour. One of the ancient hulled wheats, spelt is a principal grain used in Germany and Switzerland. It is nutrient dense with a sweet aroma.
¼ cup almonds. 1 cup spelt flour. Salt. 1 apple. Instead of white flour I've used spelt flour and I used stevia sugar instead of normal sugar!
